Funeral service for Neal Edward Redwanz, age 77, of Decatur will be Monday, July 21, 2014, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with Pastor Eddie Scheler officiating and Shelton Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. this evening, July 20, 2014, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Burningtree Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Redwanz, who died Friday, July 18, 2014, at his residence was born August 25, 1936, in Reese, MI to Frederick G. Redwanz and Alma H. Knack Redwanz. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly Ann Collier Redwanz; two sons, Fred Redwanz of Gallatin, TN and Mike Redwanz of Murfreesboro, TN; two daughters, Wendy Stenglein (Mark) of Grand Rapids, MI and Lorri Oldenburg (Neil) of Bay City, MI; one sister, Ruth Eggerd (Joe) of Saginaw, MI; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
