Ada B. Adams, age 86, a longtime resident of Farmington, died on Tuesday, February 14, 2006, at Rivers Edge Community Care Home in Bennington, Vermont, where she most recently resided.
Born April 6, 1919 in So. Wolfeboro, she was a daughter of the late Maurice and Addie B. (Elliott) Thibedau. She resided in Farmington for most of her life.
A homemaker, she was a member of the First Baptist Church in Farmington.
Widow of the late Roger C. Adams, who died in 1997, she is survived by a son: Phillip R. Adams of W. Palm Beach, FL and 2 daughters: Sharon R. Hall of Petersburgh, NY and Gloria A. Kinney of Lone Grove, Oklahoma, 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren, 2 sisters: Hattie G. Hussey of Farmington and June A. Philbrick of Rochester, also numerous Nieces and Nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 17, 2006 at 1:00 pm at First Baptist Church in Farmington with Rev. Richard Rizzi, pastor, officiating. There are no calling hours, family and friends are welcome to the service. Interment will be in the spring at John C. Shirley Cemetery in New Durham.
