Bruce Bolt Obituary

1951 - 2004
RICHFORD – Bruce E. Bolt, age 52, passed away unexpectedly Saturday April 17, 2004.

He was born in Montgomery on May 28, 1951, the son of the late Clair and Gladys (Lampman) Bolt.

Bruce’s greatest love was his family and grandchildren. “Papa” was a loving husband, wonderful father, brother and grandfather. Most importantly, he was always their friend first and his love for his family and friends was unconditional. Bruce was a free spirit and enjoyed taking long rides in his prized ’77 Corvette or on his motorcycle. He loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing. Bruce worked as a construction worker and truck driver hauling junk cars. “Papa” was taken from us too soon and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife Theresa (Manosh) Bolt of Richford, whom he married on November 24, 1984; his daughter, Jennifer Martin and her husband Mitchell of Richford; a sister and her husband Charlene and Frank Wagner of Richford; 6 grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Brandon, Megan, Rebecca and Tiffany, a sister-in-law Avis Anderson and her husband Bob of Bakersfield; two brothers-in-law, Leroy Manosh and Pete Combs of Richford, several nieces and nephews including, Sharon Combs, Carlton Combs Jr., Lorraine Combs and Sallie Royea and her husband Jeff all of Richford. He also leaves special friends Roger Deuso and Percy Capsey.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday April 21, 2004 at 7:00 pm at The Sommerset Inn on Depot Street in Enosburg Falls. Interment will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at the South Richford Cemetery. There will be no visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to a trust fund established for the benefit of his grandchildren in care of Banknorth, P.O. Box 448 Enosburg Falls, VT 05450.
