Elizabeth I. Bailey, 75, of Newton, Kansas, an employee for 37 years with Beech Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas, until her retirement as crew chief in 1988, died at Newton Medical Center in Newton on Thursday, December 7, 2000. Visitation is scheduled for Sunday, December 10, 2000, 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, 120 East Broadway Street, Newton. Further visitation is scheduled for Monday, December 11, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., at the funeral home. The family will receive friends on Monday, 6:30-7:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 10 a.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. C. Kent Rogers of Salem United Methodist Church, Newton. Burial will be at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Wichita. Arrangements entrusted to Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton, Kansas.

Aunt Liz was a special person that i will always remember, as she helped me out when i needed it the most...she was a very caring person that loved her family very much.
