Julian Randolph Bauserman, 91, a 10-year resident of Avon Park, Florida, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a residential contractor and decorator in Washington, D.C., for more than 25 years, died on Tuesday, December 19, 2000. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, December 30, 2000, 2 p.m., at Union Congregational Church, 105 North Forest Avenue, Avon Park, officiated by the Rev. Bill Breylinger.
