Mark Aicher Obituary

1956 - 2007
Mr. Mark A. Aicher, 51, beloved husband of Trina passed away suddenly in Coventry on June 11, 2007. He was born April 16, 1956 . He attended Fisher Begin High School in Philadelphia as well as a seminary in Levittown, Penn. He came to Newport and went to work for Phoenix Engineering as well as working the last seven years as a client caseworker for Northeast Kingdom Human Services . He married Trina May 15, 2004 . Mark loved music and played guitar, keyboard, harmonica and wrote songs. He and Trina attended a couple of Lee Ann Rimes concerts and he also enjoyed the music of Bob Dylan and The Beattles. They also liked traveling around the area going to garage sales and to the ocean in Maine. He especially enjoyed spending time with his friends Mike and Bev Rondeau and co-worker and friend Kathy Etheze. Mark is survived by his wife Trina, brothers, Ron Aicher and his wife Dot of Florida, and Keith Aicher of Penn and by his godson Dean Ronald. He is also survived by his nieces: Kimberly Miller, Candice Anthony, Christine Dislir , Kathryn Aicher, Rachel Bailey, Tiana Gosselin, Naula Gosselin, Skyla Wilson and Perry Wilson as well as nephews: Joe Wilson, Tucker Wilson, and Danny Gosselin,Jr. and by his special Aunt and Uncle Rose and Russell Harmon and by his father-in-law John Bailey and fiance Kathy of Craftsbury, and brother-in-law John Bailey,Jr and fiance Angelina of Johnson as well as several Aunts and Uncles. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday June 19, 2007 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 4670 Darling Hill Road, Newport with the Rev. Chris Barton officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of the service on Tuesday. Interment will take place at a later date at the convenience of the family. Should friends desire, contributions in his memory may be sent to his niece Tiana Gosselin who is going to be an exchange student to Japan and who Mark dearly supported, Donations may be sent in care of Jami Blair, North Country Credit Union ,Water Street, Orleans,Vermont 05860.
