Mark Steven Albo, Sr. 34, of Guilford, CT died unexpectedly in a car accident Wednesday, March 11, 2009. Born April 7, 1974 in New Haven. Mark was a welder by trade, employed at A.P. Manufacturing in Milford and lived most of his life in Guilford. He also attended Guilford High School.
Mark is survived by his son, Mark Steven Albo, Jr. of Guilford, his mother, Kathie Fleischauer of Guilford, his father, Robert E. Albo of Wallingford, his step-father, Bill Fleischauer of Wallingford. Brother of Jeff Albo of Guilford, Dan Fleischauer of Guilford, Robert E. Albo, Jr. of NJ, Carolyn West of Wallingford and Dawn Torres of Danbury. Paternal grandson of Joseph Albo of North Haven and the late Norma Albo. Maternal grandson of the late Lawrence and Mildred Warn. Also survived by a maternal step-grandmother, Eileen Warn of North Branford, two uncles, five aunts, a niece and nephew and twenty-two cousins.
Mark will always be remembered for his passion for music and his talented artwork. He also had a love of Ducati motorcycles.
Funeral service will be held at the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St, Guilford on Monday, March 16 at 10am. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, March 15 from 4–8pm. Burial will be in Alder Brook Cemetery, Boston St, Guilford.
