Mary Botelho, 88, of 538 Robeson St., Fall River, formerly of Rock St., Tiverton, died Friday at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
Born in Tiverton, RI, a daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Andrade) Botelho; she lived in Tiverton for most of her life and was a communicant of Holy Ghost Church.
A weaver for many years in the local textile industry, she retired form the former Quaker Fabric Co in 1985. She previously worked at the former Bourne Mill.
She is survived by a niece, Madeline Lavoie of Tiverton; two great-nieces and a great-nephew; and several great-great nieces and a great-great nephew. She was the sister of the late Manuel Botelho, Jr. and Delinda Santos.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Ghost Church, Tiverton. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery.
