Nolin Lee Anderson, age 75, of Murfreesboro, died Monday, December 25, 2006.
He was born on May 24, 1931 at Murfreesboro, the son of Marlin L. Anderson and Lydia Jeffers Anderson. He was married to Essie Manley, whom preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Lena Banks; and one grandson, Brian Hurst.
Nolin was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was the owner and operator of the Diamond City Rock Shop in Murfreesboro, loved to fish and was an avid dirt track racing car fan.
He is survived by two daughters, Toni Collum and husband Leslie of Pearcy, Rosa Johnson and husband Ray of Pencil Bluff; two sons, Lester Anderson and wife Debbie of Mt. Ida and Everett Anderson of Mt. Ida; eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; one sister, Willie Fay Shambley of Hot Springs; two nieces; and a host of friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, December 29, 2006 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs.
