Santiago Bejarano Obituary

Santiago "Chago" Bejarano, 73, a native of Virden, New Mexico, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, a U.S. Army National Guard veteran who served in Lordsburg, and an underground miner with Phelps Dodge until his retirement in 1990, has died. Vigil services with recitation of the rosary are scheduled for Thursday, November 30, 2000, 7 p.m., at St. Mary's Mission, Duncan, Arizona. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, December 1, 10 a.m., at the church. Interment will follow at Old Virden Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Caldwell Funeral Home and Monument Company, Safford, Arizona.
