Emma Sandra Jacobs, 60, of Indiana, PA formerly of Blairsville, PA died on Wednesday, June 4, 2003 at her home.
A daughter of James Jacobs and Bertha Shrum Jacobs Puskar, she was born February 26, 1943 in Iselin, PA.
She was a member of SS Simon & Jude R.C. Church, Blairsville, PA and graduated from Blairsville High School in 1961.
Sandra was the recipient of art awards and participated in the Indiana Art Association art exhibits. She won seven awards at the Carnegie Museum of Art and her works are in the Carnegie Museum Collection and the Southern Allegheny Museum of Art.
Surviving are a daughter, Kimberly Carson Pandullo and her husband, William, Cheyenne, Wyoming; three grandchildren, Josh, Kelly and Jessica of Cheyenne, Wyoming; two great grandchildren; her mother of Blairsville, PA; a brother, James Jacobs and his wife, Linda, Reading, PA; a sister, Barbara Small and her husband, Charles, Derry, PA and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father in 1984 and her stepfather, William Puskar in 2000.
There will be no visitation.
A Prayer Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA with Msgr. William G. Charnoki officiating.
Interment will be in Iselin Union Cemetery, Young Twp., PA.
