Lloyd Angell Obituary

Lloyd Edward Angell, 80, of 208 West Pine Street, died Wednesday, October 01, 2003 at his home.

A native of Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of the late, Dodson and Jessie Overby Angell.

He was a member of the Woodruff Church of God, and a self employed contractor and Realtor and owner of Angellís Construction.

He was a World War II Army veteran, Mason, Shriner, and founder of the Woodruff Chess Club.

Three step sons; Edward Ray Painter of Woodruff
John Painter of Greenville
W. Daniel Lanford of Woodruff
Brother; Donald Angell of Hendersonville, N.C.
Sister; Nellie Sharp of Hendersonville, N.C.
Thirteen Grandchildren
Thirteen Great-grandchildren

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3rd at Lanford Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 04, 2003 at the Woodruff Church of God by Rev. James Shealy.

The body will be placed in the church at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will follow in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

The family is at the residence.
