Keith A. Andrews, 77, of Derby Line, passed away in Newport on Friday, August 26, 2005.
He was born in Laconia, New Hampshire on April 17, 1928, the son of Augustus and Faye E. (Carey) Andrews. He attended school in Coaticook, PQ. Keith was a master carpenter, cabinet maker, general contractor and owner of A&B Builders in Newton, New Jersey for thirty-five years. He also flew airplanes, piloting his Cessna airplane for thirty years. He was a member of the Coaticook Senior Citizens.
On August 24, 1985 Keith married the former Marilyn Norris, who survives him. He is also survived by his children, Eileen Courtright of Toronto, Canada, Dan Andrews of Australia, David Andrews of New Jersey, Cheryl Andrews of Virginia, Donald Andrews and his wife Susan of New Jersey, his granddaughter, Diane Andrews of New Jersey, his step-daughter, Mary Allen and her husband Ronald of Derby, his step-grandchildren, Dillon D. Allen, Melanie Phelps, and Kristen Glover and her husband William, all of Derby, his great-grandson, Nathan Glover of Derby; also his brothers, Warren Andrews, and his wife Sylvia, Merritt Andrews, and his wife Mary, and Leonard Andrews, and his wife Tinnie, as well as his sisters, Elise Mayhew, and her husband Lloyd, and Melba Stadler and her husband John.
Fuenral services will be held on Monday, August 29 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, Darling Hill Road, Newport (formerly Sias Ave.) at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Fred Barker officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Monday prior to the service.
