Raymond Karl Allman, age 72, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, August 12, 2006.
He was born on October 14, 1933 at Beaver, Oklahoma, the son of Raymond Earl Allman and Faye Renfrow Allman. He was preceded in death by his father; and one sister, Elaine Yarznbowicz.
He was a member of the Glory Barn Church in Hot Springs, the Mustang Blue Masonic Lodge #407 in Mustang, Oklahoma, and was a 32nd Degree Mason with the Consistory in Guthrie, Oklahoma.
He was retired cabinet maker and was a U.S. Navy and U.S Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his wife, Norietta Allman of Hot Springs; two sons, Randell Karl Allman and James Wesley Allman both of Las Vegas, Nevada; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn Marie Brown and her husband, Blake of Denver, Colorado; four grandchildren; his mother, Faye Allman of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Bernadine Stewart of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Karen and Forrest Franks of Edmond, Oklahoma; two step-sons; 1 step-daughter; three step-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at the Glory Barn Church with Rev. Doyle Russell, Rev. Jess Gideon, and Rev. Mike McFarland officiating.
Interment will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Sunshine, under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
Visitation will be held form 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday evening.
Pallbearers will be Jack Campbell, Rex Eaton, Watson Yerby, Enoch Nichols, Larry Littlefield, and Ronnie Orrell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Norman Phillips, Johnnie Mills, Shorty Maloney, Mayo Powell, J.D. Welch, and Don Hitzman.
