Beulah Mae Alford, 77, of Anderson, died July 3, 2004 at her residence after an extended illness.
She born May 5, 1927, the daughter of Jesse and Mary (Newman) Bradberry in Clinton, Ark., and lived most of her life in Anderson. She retired from ALAC Garment Services after 45 years of service.
She is survived by her son, Rick E. Alford of Anderson; two grandchildren, Dawn M.(husband, Dennis) Kelly and Casey (wife, Bobi) Alford both of Anderson; four great grandchildren, Dillon Kelly, Danielle Kelly, Logan Alford and Aaron Alford all of Anderson;two sisters, Eula Cochran of Lawrenceville, Ga, Eunice (husband, Earl) LaRue of Mooreland; a brother, Jesse (wife, Tina) Bradberry of Anderson and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving, a special friend, Beverly Strange of Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Floyd E. Alford; two sisters, Bernice Sturdivant and Mildred Sanzero; two brothers, Harvey Bradberry and Edward Bradberry.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home with the Rev. Terrie Hay officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
