Family-Placed Death Notice
LISA ANN CUNARD MAXWELL COLVIN CUNARD WILLIAM OWEN CUNARD Lisa Ann Kolinger Cunard and her two sons, Maxwell Colvin Cunard, 3, and William Owen Cunard, 5 months, were all called into the Lord's presence on July 10, 2003, after a large tree fell on their vehicle during a severe storm. Lisa Cunard is the wife of Bradley Scott Cunard and the mother of Max and Owen Cunard. Together Lisa and Brad started and managed Kudzu Graphics in Atlanta, GA. Lisa was born in Albany, New York, May 22, 1965, to William and Rosmarie Kolinger. At the age of three she along with her family moved to London, England, where she attended British schools and the American School in London. It was there that she developed a love for the arts and culture. After six years of living and traveling throughout Europe with her family, Lisa moved to Greenwich, Connecticut, where she attended Greenwich Country Day School and later Greenwich High School. In 1976, Lisa received Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior. In 1985, she relocated with her parents to Savannah, GA, attending Georgia Southern University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts. Lisa met her best friend, and future husband, Brad, while attending the university. Brad and Lisa exchanged vows in 1991. Lisa worked for T-Square graphics in Savannah until she and Brad ventured to Atlanta, where they started a graphics and printing company named "Kudzu". In March of 2000, Lisa and Brad became proud parents of Max Colvin Cunard. Max was a bright, sweet, inquisitive, meticulous, and comical child. He loved parties with his friends, his Thomas train set and singing. He had watched the Veggie Tales "Jonah and the Big Fish" video so many times he could quote and sing large portions from memory, as could Lisa. In February of 2003, the newcomer, Owen Cunard arrived. Max instantly embraced his role as the "Big Brother". Max took pride in seeing to Owen's comfort and constant amusement. Owen had an unusually sweet and easy-going personality. He could fall asleep in anyone's arms. Lisa was a tireless and devoted lover of her parents. She cared constantly for her mother, who was paralyzed for over three years. Lisa is one of the most selfless people that entered into our lives. The loss of these three beautiful lives to Brad and family goes far beyond human expression.
