Donna Ball Obituary

PENNSDALE, Pa. Donna Peake Ball, age 54, passed on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007, unexpectedly, at Glens Falls Hospital, while she was here visiting her family in the area. Born in Elmira, N.Y., she was the beloved daughter of Phyllis Hicks Peake of Queensbury and the late Donald F. Peake. She was the first to the family of five wonderful girls and only brought love and light to everyone's life around her. She is survived by and will be thoroughly missed by her husband of eight years, Grant Ball of Pennsdale, Pa.; her mother, Phyllis Peake of Queensbury; and her four devoted little sisters: Connie Little of Queensbury, Kathryn (Michael) Thomas of South Glens Falls, Julia (Thomas) Lyga of Cazenovia, N.Y. and Nanette (Steven) Doheny of Fort Edward; as well as her five nieces and four nephews. Services will be held in Williamsport, Pa. on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007. Arrangements are under the direction of Regan and Denny Funeral Home, 53 Quaker Road, Queensbury.
