Dear Sam and family,
Our sincerest condolences on the loss of Christy. He was a great person and a wonderful musician. I liked him a lot although I only met him a few times. Your Mom was also very sweet. He will be missed.
Our son Chris was thrilled to meet another Chris Discenza when we visited with him in August.
Dora, Dave and Christy-they are all "Safely Home" now.

Sam and family,
I have so many good memories of both your Mom and Dad. One
summer day your Dad got out his accordian and sang a few songs for Johnny Mike and me right next to his pool table in the cellar.I loved it! His greetings of "Well, I'll be a dirty bird" and "Hey Chucklehead" are forever etched in my head. Your Dad was my Confirmation sponsor and will always have a special
place in my heart. This has been a tough year for you and your family. I pray that your faith will ease your pain.

I am so sorry. You've had many losses. We loved your Mom - she worked at Queensbury school for many years...and was a favorite among the students. My Dad Jim Britt played in your Dad's band and I just ran across pictures of that. I think they were taken at Blue Sky restaurant in about 1956 or 57. My parents spoke highly of them both. My heart goes out to you.
