Many people who knew Grant, knew him as "Buffer"! He was always "Uncle Buffer" to us all!! He was our step-father, not our father!!Elmer J. Morehouse Sr. was our father!!! Lindsay Morehouse was and will always be Buffers
"Lil Pumpkin"!! His poem For her he personally read to her last year!!!There may have been some confusion about all this, especially made known to us by many friends of ours and of the family!!!I write this to answer these people's questions! Our Uncle Buffer was and will always be loved, respected, and cherished by us all! He gave us love, laughter, and our mother and us many wonderful years ! He lives on in our hearts and we will cherish his loving memories that he left us with!!!!!
