APEX, N.C. Yvette Allie Fitzgerald, 85, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2007. She was born in Maseau, Canada on Nov. 20, 1922, to Ernest and Alina Allie. She is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, John Fitzgerald of Apex, N.C.; nine children: Karen Tamlyn of Apex, N.C., Maureen Anderson of Cary, N.C., Sheila Evans of Cream Ridge, N.J., Colleen Flemming of Cary, N.C., John Fitzgerald of Franklinton, N.C., Barron Fitzgerald of Columbia, S.C., Michael Fitzgerald of Loveland, Colo., Richard Fitzgerald of Cary, N.C., Scott Fitzgerald of Mexico, N.Y.; fifteen grandchildren; sisters, Madeline Baker, Rea Roblee; brothers, Fernand Allie and Stanley Allie. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, 2007, at St. Andrews Catholic Church, 3008 Old Raleigh Road, Apex, NC. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 14, at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Road, Cary.
