William Parratto Obituary
PARRATTO, WILLIAM E., 87 - of West Palm Beach, Florida, A Men's Fashion Manager for Blums and Dimensions stores in Philadelphia, Died February 27th, 2008. After relocating to Palm Beach in the late 70s, he managed Bonwit Teller and Brooks Brothers Stores while spending summers in Ocean City with family and friends. Gregarious with a magnetic personality, Billy took great pleasure in making people have fun. A memorial mass to celebrate his life will be June 26th, 11 AM at Saint Frances Cabrini, 114 Atlantic Ave., Ocean City.

I never felt so much love in one day as yesterday when Billy received the celebration he wanted and always talked about.
"Uncle Bill" must have been dancing with joy watching his loved ones, as I am sure
everyone felt his presence inbetween the tears and the laughter. How wonderful it must be to actually have him in your family all these years, and I know he will never be gone as far as you are concerned. There will never be another one like him in my lifetime, so I consider myself very lucky to have been one of his friends!!! His Memorial will be "Unforgetable" just like he is.
