Melba A. Owens

OWENS, MELBA A., (NEE MAIATICO) 82 - of Egg Harbor Twp, died on June 22, 2008 at her home in Egg Harbor Twp where she lived since 1979. She was formerly of Pitman and was a graduate of Glassboro High School in 1943. Melba worked for many retail stores in Pitman, retired from Wonderlin's Jewelry Store and was known for her love of cats. She was the wife of 61 years of William J. Also survived by Barbara Sabath of Absecon, grandchildren Joseph (Elizabeth) Sabath of Egg Harbor, Rebecca Sabath of Syosset, NY and sisters Gloria McGongile of Milmay and Helen Anderson of Vineland. Friends may call on Wednesday after 9am in the KELLEY FUNERAL HOME, 125 Pitman Ave, Pitman. Funeral service 11am. Interment Manathath Cemetery.
