PUSTIZZI, JOHN, 90 - of Forest Grove, passed away on Sunday evening at home after an extended illness. John was born and raised in Forest Grove where he was a lifelong resident. He was one of 13 children born to the late Carmelo and Josephine Pustizzi and was the husband of the late Concetta (Pace) Pustizzi who died in 2006. John owned and operated the family farm on Forest Grove Road for many years. In his later years he was also employed by the Franklin Township Road Dept. where he had also served as a supervisor for several years. He was a founding member of the Forest Grove Athletic Association, and was a member of the Forest Grove Vol. Fire Co. and the Sicilian American Club. He was a graduate of the Clayton High School and enjoyed growing his own grapes on the farm to make homemade wine, playing pinochle and bache ball with his family. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: John and Lucy (Mori) Pustizzi and Dominick and Sherry (Miles) Pustizzi; three daughters and sons-in-law: Kathleen and Robert Aussenberg, Joanne and Robert Ledden and Connie Ann and Ed Wharton; 13 grandchildren: Robert Ledden, Jr. and Michelle, Kevin Ledden, Tammy (Ledden) Urie and Craig, John and James Pustizzi, Jeanine Aussenberg-Rodriguez and Frank, Sharon Aussenberg, Christy, Heather and Eddie Wharton, Megan, Jason and Shawn Pustizzi; seven great-grandchildren: Alicia, Sierra, Savanna and Shawnna Ledden, Brooke Urie, Mitchell and Jillian Rodriguez; one brother: Joseph Pustizzi; one sister: Lena Buffa, as well as many nieces and nephews. His funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday in the Queen of Angles Parish, Church of Our Lady of Victories, 202 N.W. Blvd., Landisville, with burial to follow in the Our Lady of Victories R.C. Cemetery. Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday evening from 6:30-9:00 p.m. and again on Friday from 9:00-10:00 a.m. at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland.
