Jason Sandberg Obituary
SANDBERG, JASON JAMES, 31, - of Ocala, FL, beloved son of Denise Perrone, went to be with the Lord in his sleep on June 27, 2008. He was born in Atlantic City and attended schools of Egg Harbor Twp. Jason was active in Baseball and the Silver Eagles Marching Band. He excelled in writing and music. In 1991, he was selected as a member of the All-South Jersey High School Gold Band, representing Egg Harbor Township. He moved to Ocala in 2004 with his mother. Jason loved the beach and nature. He enjoyed working and interacting with people. His goal was to become a counselor and work proactively with young adults. He was a member of Church at the Springs and enjoyed praise and worship there. There will be a gathering at Roberts Funeral Homes, Bruce West Chapel. 6241 SW SR 200, Ocala. on Thursday, July 3, 2008 from 11:00-1:00 p.m. and at 1:00 p.m. there will be a celebration service of Jason's life. Donation in lieu of flowers can be made to the family care of Roberts Funeral Homes, Bruce West Chapel in memory of Jason. Hello, I don't know if you'll remember me but my name is Jennifer Peterson. Jason and I went to school together and we were childhood friends (I fell in your neighbors yard and broke my wrist in 6th grade). He was actually my first kiss. When he got mono, my mom would run to the house to bring him McDonalds for lunch. He was always such a wonderful person and I am still in shock. I greive for your loss and I will always rememeber Jason for all the memories we had. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Take care.

Denise my heart hurts for you. I have a son who is 25 and I can only imagine the pain you are feeling, although I know God will give you the strength. I only knew Jason for 1 year I am happy God gave me the chance to know Jason as he was a very special person and meant alot to me and my family. I will always remember is nice smile
