BARRETT, SHARON, (Lemayski), 47 - of Hammonton, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 3, 2008 at the age of 47. Devoted wife of David, loving mother to Natalie, preceded in death by her son David Joseph. She is survived by her devoted and loving father John Lemayski (Donna) and her mother Zofia Lemayski, both of Collingswood, her sisters, Helen of Collingswood and Linda (Arturo) Vega of Mesa, AZ and special friend and "sister" Donna Brocco of Gloucester. She is also survived by many family members, all of which loved her deeply, and was a loving aunt, niece, and cousin. Shay will always be remembered as a kind, generous and loving person who touched everyone she met in a positive way. Even during the battle for her life, she inspired all of us, even strangers, with her resilience, fighting spirit and love for life. We will always treasure the memories of her kindness, generosity and the genuine gift of herself that she gave to so many. Even the birds knew her kindness and sang just for her. Her life will be celebrated as family and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 p.m., with a service to follow, at Marinella Funeral Home, 102 N. Third St., Hammonton. Burial will be private. Her daughter Natalie was the light of her life who gave her much joy and happiness. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to a college fund for Natalie at 111 Wood Street Hammonton, NJ 08037. A donation will be made by the family to the American Cancer Society in Shay's memory. (www. marinellafuneralhome. com).
