Stuart Haller Brown

BROWN, STUART HALLER, 66, - of North Wildwood, died Tuesday in the University Of Pennsylvania Hosp. Philadelphia, PA. after an illness. Born in Louisville, KY, he was the son of Alida (nee Haller) Brown of Frederick, MD. And the late Herbert E. Brown He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War as Corpsman aboard the USS Sanctuary. Stu received a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and a MA in Counseling Psychology from Boston University. From 1972 to 1974 he was a staff Psychologist in the Upward Bound Program in Boston, MA. He was the Owner and operator of All Season's Travel in Brookline, MA and was active with numerous Veterans' programs in the Boston area. From 1992 until his retirement in 2007 he was the director of Children's Services at Cape May Counseling Services in Cape May. Stu was an avid traveler with frequent trips to Ireland. He had a love of music, children and was a fanatic of Boston sports. He is survived by his Sisters Caroline Linn and her husband Steven of Maple Shade, Elizabeth Brown and her Partner Randy Wixon of Frederick, MD and his dear friend Sean and Chrissy McMullan and their Daughter Caitlin of Cape May Court House. He was the nephew of Madgei and Johnny Gehling of MI and the uncle of Alison Caesar, Sara Kim and numerous other Nieces and Nephews. Services and interment will be held in Frederick, MD.
