Joe was a great guy, he was adventurous with his GTO and later his motorcycles, he was a strong athlete (like several of hs classmates), with a sharp sense of humor, a great talker, and he played tennis pretty well, too. He lived life fully and it is reassuring to know he is having a funeral mass in the church.

Mrs. Clement,
It has been a long time since the Nestors and Clements shared time together, mostly on the river at Tuckahoe. I remember those times still and of course Joe was very much a part of those times. I was very sorry to hear of his passing. You remain in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you especially at this time.

Dear Mrs. Clements,
I was sorry to learn of Joe's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
It has been quite a few years since our days on the football field, working at Bayshores, taking crazy ski trips, or just having fun. But my memories of being with Joe are vivid and special.
There was never a dull moment with Joe. He was a loyal friend. May he rest in peace.

Dear Mrs. Clements,
Although I had not seen Joe in several years, I still considered him a close friend. He had a big heart and would do anything for a friend. I thought of Joe often and will never forget him. I'll always remember the good times I had at your home with Joe and you and Mr. Clements. You were like my second family.
I am working in Las Vegas right now and will not be able to attend the service on Thursday. But, I will be with you in spirit. May God bless Joe, you and the family.
Warmest personal regards,
Bert

Connie I want to express my condolences at the loss of your son. I still think of Chubby and how difficult it must be to lose a son.
