Dear Philip,
I am so very sorry to learn of Artie's passing. I will always remember him, and his dog King, when they used to stop by our house to see my Brother Charles. King would sit very obediently by his side and we were able to pet him only after Artie gave him the OK. I truly believe no one is ever really gone, as long as we remember them, this is why I share these memories with you, and want you to know how thoughts of your brother are always mingled with my thoughts of Charles, so as I think of my brothers almost daily, I will be remembering your brother as well. All my love to you and Ellen Always, Margie Fowler
