Christine Carr Obituary

CARR, CHRISTINE A., 59 - of Sparta, formerly of Fairport, NY, died on July 9, 2008 at Overlook Hospital, Summit. Christine was born in Philadelphia, PA; raised in Somers Point and lived in Sparta for 12 years. She was a teacher at the Sparta Middle School for 12 years and was a member of the NJEA. She is survived by her beloved husband Robert W. Carr; devoted daughter Emily Ann Carr; loving son Matthew Ian Carr and his wife Heather DeGroot Carr; brother Paul Shuster; niece Annie Shuster and nephew Christopher Shuster. Friends may call Sunday, July 13th, from 2-4, 7-9pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta where friends and family will share remembrances. Interment will be held at 1pm, Tuesday, July 15th at Seaside Cemetery in Palermo. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in her memory to: BARKS, PO Box 593, Stanhope, NJ 07874.
