Happy Birthday Joe. Hopefully your having a good one in your new home. I pray for your peace daily as I know you are FINALLY free. You would be proud of your boys...I asked Kyle a few days ago if he thought you were okay...he answered, quite confidently...Mom, I know he is okay now. At that moment, I finally felt secure that you are really at peace. You're not here anymore, but you are THERE, so stay by our children and pray for them as they navigate thru life. I know you will.
Rest well.....you know I'll take care of everything here. Where there is love Joe, there is always forgiveness. Be at peace.....T, K & J

Hey Joe,

It’s pretty hard to believe I’m writing this- as you’ve moved on to the next place.
I know you had a challenging time- and I know you tried your best.

I knew you as a great guy and a caring father – and you’ll live on through Kyle and Joe. Thanks for them, by the way – they bring me more joy than I can put in words.

Once, I was discussing lost ones with my father who has experienced quite a few in his lifetime. “I’ll see them again some day” he said. And so - we’ll see you. Hope that your heaven includes plenty of fishing, golf, Pearl Jam and Giants’ fans!

Be at peace brother.

Bob

Joe,

First of all, thank you for giving the world two of the most special people in the world to me, Kyle & Joey. They are the greatest gifts that you were able to give the world and we will be taking care of them for you. Please watch over them as their guardian angel.

I will miss our spirited talks about our shared love of music. I am sure you are listenning to the best music and that God has made arrangements for you to listen to Pearl Jam up in heaven.

Rest in the peace you deserve my friend and you, Tracy and the boys will always been in all of our prayers and I promise I will do all I can to get them through the devastating loss of losing you hear on Earth, but at the same time, we celebrate your life and are grateful you are with God in Heaven. God Bless you and your family.

Joe,
I was at your funeral but I guess you know that. It was a sad and sober day for me. I spoke with your Mom for a while and shared our retreat experiences with her especially the ice cream scooping event!! I also told her that you were loved by many of your AA brothers and sisters and gave her a big hug for you. Rest well my friend, Billy Mac

i'm at a loss, don't know what to say
god has a plan, must want it this way
you have 2 sons that bear your name
they'll be with their mom, that won't rearrange
you will be missed, i'm so sorry your gone
as time does go by, it will seem not that long.
you rest now, your pain is no more
to be with your god, he opens his door.
