Beatrice Errico Obituary

ERRICO, BEATRICE DUFFY MOELIUS, 50, - of Brigantine, affectionately known as "flea" by her brother, died Friday, July 25, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital, Trenton. Born in Perth Amboy, she resided in Matawan most of her life before moving to Brigantine seven years ago. Prior to her retirement in June, 2008, she was a security officer with Harrah's Casino in Atlantic City for three years. She was a communicant of St. Clements Church, Matawan, and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Hook & Ladder Fire Company #1, Matawan; as well as the Cliffwood Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are a son, Stanley Moelius of Brigantine; two daughters, Catherine Moelius of Matawan and Kelly Moelius of Atlantic City; her parents, James P. and Beatrice Wilson Duffy of Matawan; a brother, James J. and his wife Debbi Duffy of Matawan; a niece, April Duffy of Matawan; and two grandchildren, Nicole Jones and Nicholas Jones Funeral service will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM in the Day Funeral Home, 361 Maple Place, Keyport, followed by an 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Clement Church, Matawan. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Keyport. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
