Josephine Lepor Obituary

LEPOR, JOSEPHINE MARY 'Josie,' 92, of Cape May, died Saturday, July 26, 2008, at her home with her family by her side. Miss Lepor was born in West Cape May, and was a lifelong resident of the Cape May area. She was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Cape May. She formerly worked at the Dellas' 5 & 10 in Cape May, and then worked many years at the US Coast Guard Base in personal services. Miss Lepor is survived by: 3 sisters - Elizabeth Franer, of Miamisburg, OH, Catherine (and Frank) Lepkowski, of Toms River, and Lena Bishop, of Cape May; her brother Joseph (and Emily) Lepor, of Erma; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, July 31, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, 525 Washington Street, Cape May. Relatives and friends may call at the Church Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Burial will be in Cold Spring Cemetery, Lower Township. (Sudak-Danaher FH, Cape May)

My heart is broken at the loss of my Aunt Josie. I will cherish the many fond memories of summers spent with her. I know that she is at peace and her spirit will be with us forever.
