William Berggoetz Obituary
BERGGOETZ, WILLIAM W., "BILL", 66, - of Galloway Twp, passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at Jefferson Hospital, Phila., PA. He was born in Egg Harbor City and attended Egg Harbor High. He was a Milkman with his fathers company, and then became a mechanic with Hoenes Bus Service, Atlantic Electric, and Regional Tire. He is survived by his wife, Maria Lieb Berggoetz of Galloway; his daughters, Lee Liepe (Thomas Walsh) of EHT and Lynn Berggoetz (Chad Funk) of Mays Landing; his step-father John Sommers of EHC; his step-mother Rosemary Arnett of Indiana; his half brothers, Lawrence, Paul, Brian, and Glenn Berggoetz; his half sisters, Audrey and Brenda Berggoetz. His viewing will be 6 to 8 PM, Friday, August 1, 2008 and 10 to 11 AM, Saturday, August 2, 2008 at St. Nicholas Church, 525 St. Louis Ave., Egg Harbor City, followed by his Mass at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 2, 2008. Memorials may be made to Kessler Hospital Foundation, Hammonton, NJ. Marie, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I remember Bill when he used to visit my father when I was a child. He was always smiling. I met you again recently at Kessler Hospital when you saw my father Irv Markowitz. My dad told me of Bill's passing. When I was home in NJ, my dad was telling me some of the fond memories of Bill. And I even found some old Christmas cards of when he was a child.

My deepest sympathies are with you now at this sad time. I have such wonderful memories of Bill and Marie coming into The Eatery every friday night for dinner. Bill was always a kind man with a great sense of humor. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Take Care.
