Billy was a rare breed, ultra caring, kind, and gentle, a true gentleman with a great sense of humor, you could always count on him to crack a joke or bust out a rhyme out of the blue and put a smile on everyones face. He will not be forgotten and lives on within many hearts and minds.

Billy Ryan was so many things but what I will remember most is his silliness. Silly Billy will always be with us. We must remember all the laughs he made and smiles he caused.
