Hanna Miriam Adler

ADLER, HANNA MIRIAM 80, - of Voorhees, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2008, at her residence in Voorhees. Born in Teplitz, Czechoslovakia to the late John and Lisbeth (Eisner) Fleischner, she was an area resident since 1938 and a longtime resident of Vineland. She was a graduate of Vineland High School in 1945. Hanna was a bookkeeper for the Jewish Federation of Vineland and was also employed as a secretary for the Beth Israel Religious School. She was a member of the Beth Israel Sisterhood, Hadassah and the Hebrew Woman's Benevolent Society. She enjoyed embroidery and loved spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by daughter and her husband, Judie and Dave Winogron of Mt. Laurel, son and his wife, Joel and Mindy Adler of Merion Station, PA, daughter and her husband, Debbie and Al Amodie of Hamilton Square, sister and her husband, Ruth and Ralph Rothschild of New Albany, OH. Grandchildren Beth and Rich Morino, Adam Winogron, Lauren Winogron, Amanda Cohen and Emily Cohen, Jake Adler and Jordan Adler, Alex and Matthew Amodie. great-granddaughter Madeleine Morino, several, nieces and nephews, her caregiver Lillian Ndadi. She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Adler in 1992 and nephew Gary Rothschild. Friends will be received after 11:30 am Sunday at the Beth Israel Synagogue, 1015 Park Ave. Vineland followed by a funeral service at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Alliance Cemetery, Norma. Shiva will be observed at the home of her daughter Judie Winogron in Mt. Laurel.
