I was totally shocked and saddened to hear of Francine's transition. The entire Atlantic City community will be impacted by this loss. She was truly a jewel.

It saddens me to know that Ms. Ramsey is no longer with us. She was a phenomenal teacher and friend. My heart breaks to know that she will no longer be able to share her precious gift with the children of Atlantic City.

Dearest Ramsey Family: My heart is broken to know that Francine is no longer physically with us. Always quick witted, supportive and caring. The consumate teacher in and out of the classroom...oftentimes our rock. My husband and I will miss her greatly. Just glad I had the chance to share a bit of time with her in June.
