Richard Smith Obituary

SMITH, RICHARD E., JR., "RICK", 48 - passed away on August 10, 2008 at Southgate Nursing Home after a long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. He is survived by his mother, Kathy Piperato of Elsinboro, his brother, Scott Smith of Gilbert, AZ, his sister, Donna Altemus of Riceville, TN, step-brother, James Piperato, Jr. of Westminster, CO, step-sisters, Treva Laudicina of Miami, FL and Lisa Magan of Cortland Manor, NY and five nieces and one nephew. Interment will be private and services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Rick to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, 1003A Lincoln Drive West, Marlton, NJ 08053.
