Robert Juniewicz Obituary

JUNIEWICZ, ROBERT F. SR., 85, - of Absecon, passed away on August 9, 2008. He was a life long resident of Absecon. Beloved husband of Elsie (nee Leeds). Loving father of Robert Juniewicz Jr. and his wife Cindy of Galloway. Brother of Stephen Juniewicz (Rose) of Absecon, Joseph Juniewicz (Amelia) of Absecon and Charlotte Hughes ( Russell) of Absecon. Loving grandfather of Kathryn and Robert Craig. He retired from Atlantic City Electric after 30 years. Served as a relief officer and special officer with the Absecon Police Dept for 10 years. Worked for the US Army in Atlantic City and served in the Army during WWII. His hobbies were skating, motorcycling, traveling and Amateur Radio. Funeral Service and interment were private. Arrangements by Lowenstein Funeral Home, Smithville of Galloway.

Dear Elsie, Steve, Joe, Charlotte and your families:

I'm so sorry to read of Bob's passing. I remember him well, as I do each of you, although you may not remember me, as one of the former Atlantic City Electric "family" back from 1954 to 1969. I worked in Distribution Engineering, then Engineering, and finally in Economic Research until I moved to San Francisco in 1969. I'm sure you remember my brother, Grant, who still lives on Iowa Ave. in Absecon.
May your lifelong and warm memories of Bob comfort you at this very difficult time. God bless you all!
