Brett Levy Obituary

LEVY, BRETT 35, - of Milmay, passed away Wednesday as a result of a motorcycle accident in Vineland. Born and raised in Vineland, he resided in Milmay since 2001. He was a Refrigeration Department Supervisor for the Vineland Developmental Center for the last 15 years. As an avid motorcycle enthusiast, he enjoyed sport touring cross country. He was a volunteer & coordinator for the motorcycle safety rider support team for the American Cancer Society's Bike-A-Thon in Philadelphia for the past several years. Brett was a certified Rider Coach for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation of NJ. He was a devoted volunteer for the Animal Friends Foundation, Inc. of Vineland. Brett was a fisherman who also enjoyed trap shooting & other outdoor activities. Most importantly, he was a dedicated husband and family man who will be dearly missed by all who knew him, including his beloved dog Tucker. He is survived by his beloved wife of nine years; Karen L. (Caralluzzo) Levy; his parents, Judith (Barnes) & Edward Levy of Vineland; a brother, Dr. Dustin Levy & his wife Allison of Danbury, CT; his mother-in-law & father-in-law, Linda & Harry Caralluzzo of Millville; three uncles, Kevin Barnes & his wife Nadine, Sean Barnes, David Levy & his wife Lucille, an Aunt, Marggie Barnes wife of the late Michael Barnes; and several cousins, in-laws, and dear friends. His funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the St. Isidore The Farmer, RC Church, 1655 Magnolia Road, Vineland. Relatives & friends will be received Sunday evening from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, & again on Monday from 9 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Isidore's Church. Committal services will be private. In lieu of flowers, Brett's family requests memorial donations be sent to, either the American Cancer Society, Bike-A-Thon, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 or the Animal Friends Foundation, Inc. 1370 S. Main Rd 138, Vineland, NJ 08360-6501. Letters of condolence & memorial tributes may be emailed to the family by visiting pancoastfuneralhome.com
