Carl Oliveri Obituary

OLIVERI, CARL W., 67 - of Brigantine, and Oaklyn, On August 13, 2008, passed peacefully at home. He was the beloved husband of Sally S. (nee Scholl) and devoted father of Leann Walker (Kevin) of Wake Forest, NC, and Scott (Stacy) Oliveri of Mantua, loving Pop of Cameron, Reagan, Gavin, Daniel, Tayler and the late Alexandra. He is also survived by his brother William (Mary) Oliveri, loving sister-in-law Ruth Scholl and very dear friends Skip and Gerry Bushby. Carl was the owner operator of the C.L.S. Construction Co. of Oaklyn for over 32 years. He was one of the original members of the Oaklyn Little League Team as well as a player on the original Oaklyn Cougars football team. He was also a former member and President of the Oaklyn Planning Board. Carl enjoyed his time in Brigantine where he was a Past Commodore and member of the Brigantine Yacht Club as well as a Brigantine City Beach Patrol Alumnus. Relatives and friends are invited to meet Sunday evening from 7:00 to 9:00pm and again Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30AM at the CRERAN FUNERAL HOME 400 White Horse Pike, Oaklyn, NJ. (www.creranfh.com). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. Aloysius Church, 37 W. Haddon Ave. in Oaklyn. Interment to follow at Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill. As an alternative to flowers the family suggests Memorial Donations be made to Golisano Childrens Hospital at Strong, (Brain Tumor Clinic) 300 East River Rd., PO Box 278996, Rochester, NY 14627.
