Margaret Belasco Obituary



BELASCO, MARGARET D., - of Wildwood Crest, passed away at home on Thursday August 21. Born in Camden, Margaret was a graduate of Wildwood High School. Following graduation, Marge worked as a bookkeeper for many Wildwood businesses. Marge was an active member of Assumption Parish for many years and in that time taught C.C.D. classes. An avid biker, Marge rode the island daily for most of her life. Marge was predeceased by her husband, Louis J. Belasco. She is survived by her children: Louis (Mary), Robert (Kim) and Thomas (Myra); her grandchildren: Maggie, Lauren, Kelly, Kathryn, Lila, Louis, Peter, Robert, Matthew, Craig; her great-grandchildren: Olivia, L.J. and Brody; and her brother Francis Read. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday at 11:00 am at Church of the Assumption 7100 Seaview Ave. Wildwood Crest where friends may call at 10:00 am. Internment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery Lower Township. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Holy Redeemer Hospice 1801 Rte 9 North, Swainton, NJ 08210. Arrangements by Ingersoll-Greenwood Funeral Home.
