Marcia Schleimer Obituary

SCHLEIMER, MARCIA (NEE WILSON), 87, - of Galloway Township, passed away peacefully after a year long illness at Seashore Gardens in Galloway Township. Devoted wife of the late Sidney Schleimer and she was predeceased by her brother, Herbert Wilson. Loving mother of her daughters, Eileen (Frank) Gorsen of Cherry Hill, and Vicki Weismer of Little Silver. Loving grandmother of three and great-grandmother of four. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friend, Charlotte Silver. Marcia was a native of Atlantic City and lived in Margate for 49 years. She was a bookkeeper at the Club Harlem in Atlantic City for many years. She also worked at the JCC and spent many years volunteering with the American Red Cross Blood Mobiles. Marcia was a member of Beth El Synagogue in Margate and enjoyed helping out whenever needed at the Synagogue. Marcia was an avid reader and was a regular visitor to the Margate Library. Relatives and friends are invited to attend graveside services, Friday 11am at the Rodef Sholom Cemetery in Egg Harbor Township. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association. www.AmericanHeart.org Arrangements by Roth-Goldsteins' Memorial Chapel, Atlantic City.

Dear Eileen and Vicki,
So sorry to find out about the loss of your Mom.We were allsuch lucky girls to grow up with such wonderful parents. I was in touch with your Mom. Ispoke to her when she was givig up the house.
