I am so sorry to hear of Marianne's passing. I am just hearing of it now as we lost touch about 14 years ago. She was a wonderful caring person and friend. She earned her angel's wings and is now watching over her two adorable kids. Peace Marianne and know that although we were apart, I thought of you and your family often.

To My Baby Sister,
Marianne,
I have visited you the 1st of every month. I have left you decorations and flowers for the holiday in that month. I have cried every time I stopped. I took a beautiful statue of St Francis on Friday and the most beautiful burnt orange Mum plant today for the aniversay of your passing. 1 yr has passed and it still hurts as if it were this morning.
We all miss you and it hasnt gotten any easier. The thoughts and memories of that dreadful day. I try to think about the good in our childhood.
I love you and miss you. More than you can ever know. Please continue to watch over us all.

Hey Marianne,
I talk to you every day I pass on my way to work and on my way home. Tomorrow is December 1st the 3 month anniversary of that fateful day. I got you the most beautiful blanket made of Christmas greens with pine cones and red ribbons. They smell so good. I also got you a Christmas wreath made the same way. I hope you will like them and enjoy them. This will be the hardest month yet. Knowing you won't be here for breakfast Christmas morning and opening gifts like we used to when the kids were little. I know you will be here in spirit and watching down on us all. I will stop by with Nicky and Zoey and Billy to give you your blanket and wreath in the morning. Will see you then. Sleep well.
Your loving sister,
Joanne

Dear Marianne, We couldn't put flowers on the altar for your birthday because somebody else had the date, so we're putting them on for next Sunday which is the Sunday celebrating St Francis Day, The Patron saint of animals. They will be in your memory and in honor of the Humane Society. It just doesn't seem it can be in your memory. You should be here to see them. Everybody says it gets easier with time, and I hope they are right because it seems pretty hard right now. I know you're with Jesus and he is taking good care of you, but I still miss you. Love Mom
