Lashona Wilson Obituary
WILSON, LASHONA NICOLE, "SHONA", 24 - of Pleasantville, departed on August 30, 2008 when the Lord called her home. What a blessing to have had her here on Earth. She is in a better place. Shona was born on August 7, 1984 in Atlantic City. Shona was a true "Diva" always enjoying life. She attended the Pleasantville Public School System, graduating in 2002. Shona attended and graduated from Coppin State University in May of 2008 receiving a Bachelors of Arts degree in English. She was recently employed at the Harrah's Hotel & Casino. Lashona leaves to cherish loving memories; parents, Bernice L. Campfield and Shawn Wilson, Sr., grandparents, John and Beatrice Campfield; brothers, Kevin Campfield, Shawn Wilson, Jr. and Tyriq Moore; sisters, Jasmine Cruse, Seleena Johnson, Gabrielle and N'Talia Wilson, favorable aunt and uncle, Tenelle Walker and John Campfield, Jr., multiple of uncles, aunts, Linda (Brian) DeShields, Monia (Morgan) Durham, L'oreal Foyel (Larry), Darnell, Russell, Eugene, Annette, Nika, "Lil' Ernie, Dorothy and Carol and Ernest, close friends Monique Cox, Shantaye Felton, Aneesha Du'bois, Anna Royal, Ashley Quick, Chanta Patton and a host of cousins and friends. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 from 9am-11am at 335 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Atlantic City at Union Baptist Temple Church. Service begins at 11am.
