Dear Nancy and Tom, your Mom was one of my favorite Cousins of her seven sisters. She was as much a part of our lives as yours. Her smile and exhuberance was that of her Mother, Aunt Marie - my Grandfather's sister. I'm sorry for your loss and our family's loss, but She is in a better place.
My Mom told me of her coming North to Jimmy Leeds Road area a few years ago. Mom had several knee surgeries at Atlantic City - Mainland, right near where your Mom was staying. At one time we were supposed to go up and visit, but that never happened. Now the Cousins are back together again. This just leaves your Aunt Doris the remaining sister. I do see her and Al at Cousin Ida's Birthday celebrations (93 this past February). But that's not the same as it used to be. We're down to Aunt Ruth and Uncle's George and Curt. But Uncle Curt took a turn this past April and is now in care near Swainton. It just doesn't get any better does it? My memories will suffice for now. Much Love, Cousin Jim
