Elsie Oliver Obituary

OLIVER, ELSIE M., 90 - of Vineland, died on Tuesday after a brief illness at the Homecare/ Hospicecare of South Jersey in Bridgeton. Born in Millville, she had lived in Vineland for the last 60 years. Prior to retirement she worked for Wheaton Industries and then Tronex Inc. for two decades. Mrs. Oliver loved to cook, travel and go to the casinos. She is survived by: daughters; Delores Oliver of Vineland, Sarah Pope and husband Robert of Arvonia, Virginia; grandchildren; Lisa Haas and husband David, Daniel Fulton and wife Hsiao Ni; great-grandchildren; Zachary Taylor, Kathryn Taylor and Eva Fulton. She was pre-deceased by: parents; Eva and Nicholas DeCinque; husband; William Harry Oliver; son; Nicholas F. Oliver; brothers; Paul DeCinque, and Nicholas DeCinque; sisters; Alice Lewis and Carmelia Felmey. Services will be held on Friday at 11am, in the Rocap Shannon Memorial Funeral Home of Millville. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Relatives and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10am until 11am. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to: SJH HospiceCare, PO Box 160, Bridgeton, NJ 08302 and written condolences can be sent to: [email protected].
