George Morrison Obituary

MORRISON, GEORGE E., 57 - of North Cape May, died on Saturday at his home. Born in Camden, he was a lifelong resident of Cape May County and was a 1969 graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School. He was a technician for Western Pest Control for 30 years. He served as a Sunday School teacher/ superintendent and deacon for over 20 years at First Baptist Church of Wildwood. Surviving are his wife Wendy nee Nalbone; three sons, David (Nicole) Morrison of Burdett, NY, James Morrison of Villas and Craig (Danielle) Morrison, currently serving in Iraq; a step-daughter, Jade Nalbone of Rio Grande; a sister, Barbara Townsend of North Cape May; ex-wife, Lois Morrison of Villas and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Edgar "Ted" Morrison, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, 6:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Wildwood, 230 E. Maple Ave., Wildwood, where friends may call from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Burial will be private. Contributions in his memory may be made to Love of Linda Cancer Fund, P.O. Box 1053, Wildwood, NJ 08260 or the charity of one's choice. Evoy Funeral Home.
