When I first joined the Atlantic Pops Community Band, and had not played the saxophone in over 20 years, Jan was very encouraging. She became my dear friend as we sat next to each other though many concerts. I will always remember her easy laugh and wonderful attitude towards life. May God bless her family.

My condolences to Janet's family. (I always called her Janet) Jan was one of my dear friends who I had the pleasure of working with and enjoyed our lunches at the Irish Pub when she came down to NJ. She was a very talented person that I enjoyed being around. She always gave me an update on the grandchildren who she adored. I will truly miss her! Hilda Daly

So sorry to read about Jan's passing. She'll always be in my memories of happy and silly days on the golf course in Brigantine. She was a bright, funny person--one I always looked forward to talking to and seeing. May your memories comfort you at this difficult time.
