Dominick Menone Obituary



MENONE, DOMINICK "DOM" 82 - of Vineland, NJ passed away on Saturday morning in the N.J. Veterans Memorial Home after an extended illness. Mr. Menone was born and raised in Vineland where he was a lifelong city resident. He was the son of the late Josephine (Forcinito) and Salvatore Menone. Before retiring, Dom owned and operated Dom's Lawn Service for 25 years. In his early years he was employed by the Newell Clothing Company. Mr. Menone was a U.S. Navy veteran serving as a Corpsman during WWII. Dom thoroughly enjoyed his family and playing pinochle. He is survived by his wife of 58 years: Anna (Flamma); his daughter & son-in-law: JoAnn and Bart Brigidi, Sr; three grandchildren: Bart Brigidi, Jr. and wife Jazmine, LeAnne DiAntonio and husband Frank Sr., Antonette Frasch and husband Ryan; two great grandchildren: Bart Brigidi, III & Frank DiAntonio, Jr; two sisters: Catherine Greico & Anna Donnelly as well as numerous nieces & nephews. His funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Wednesday in the St. Isidore's R.C. Church, 1655 Magnolia Rd., Vineland, NJ with burial to follow in the Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery. Relatives & friends will be received on Wednesday from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at the Pancoast Funeral Home, 676 S. Main Rd., Vineland, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Assoc., 225 N.
