Lillian Baum Obituary

BAUM, LILLIAN S., "BELLE", 66 - of Villas, died on Tuesday at Cape Regional Medical Center. Born in Camden, she was an area resident for 56 years. She was a waitress at the Corner Cafe, Burleigh, The Inn, Mel's and the Ramble Inn of Villas, Keene's Kitchen of North Cape May, Menz, Rio Grande and the Lobster House of Cape May. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, John J.; three daughters, Deborah Myers (Robin) of Woodbine, Kim Keeler and Karen Sipple of Villas; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and three sisters, Sandra Mullen of Burleigh, Joan Prickett of Eldora, Judy Black of Petersburg, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, John J., Jr. in 1998, two brothers, Thomas and Chris Anderson and a sister, Loretta Sweeney. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 11 AM at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, where friends may call from 10 AM. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be sent to: American Lung Assoc., 1600 Route 22 E., Union, NJ 07083.
